Summary of Position
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for security technology solutions across multi-site enterprise clients in retail, quick service restaurants (QSR), convenience stores, and other commercial sectors. This is a hunter role focused on leveraging existing industry relationships and developing new ones to drive growth. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of physical security technologies (video surveillance, access control, intrusion, etc.) and a strong network within multi-location businesses. Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting tailored solutions, managing the sales cycle, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop Strategic Account Plans for National Accounts and Prospects
- Establish and maintain industry contacts
- Research and develop lists of potential customers
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets
- Identify Key people and resources to support Telaid’s growth plans
- Make sales contacts, research customer needs
- Work with other departments within the company to develop technical solutions and develop proposals for customers on products and services to meet their needs
- Meet established sales quotas and revenue goals
- Track all pre and post sales activities and identify areas to expand business opportunities
- Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers
- Track daily activity in SalesForce
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales, and an AA or better in a related field.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Technical knowledge of security technology products
- Excellent oral/written communications skills.
- Well-developed sales and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer relations skills.
