Position Overview:


LBX is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Information Technology Manager to lead our IT strategy, infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity initiatives across all business units, including LBX do Brasil. This role partners closely with senior leadership to develop a scalable and secure IT roadmap that aligns with the company’s growth and innovation goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader, technical expert, and team builder with a deep understanding of enterprise technology, data security, and business process optimization.

 

What You’ll Do:


Strategic IT Leadership (35%)

 

  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide IT roadmaps aligned with LBX’s strategic goals.
  • Oversee all infrastructure, systems, applications, and network operations, ensuring high performance and availability.
  • Ensure cybersecurity measures meet evolving standards, protecting data integrity and assets.
  • Identify technological innovations and lead solution implementation for process improvement and efficiency.

 

Team Development & Global Collaboration (35%)

 

  • Lead and mentor the IT team in systems administration, support, and infrastructure management.
  • Promote a SMART and HEALTHY culture, prioritizing service excellence and professional development.
  • Support IT operations in LBX do Brasil and maintain communication with Japanese parent company.
  • Manage IT vendors, contracts, and service-level agreements.

 

Governance, Budget, and Compliance (30%)

 

  • Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation with a focus on cost-efficiency.
  • Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures across all locations.
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with JSOX, SOX, and relevant data privacy regulations.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive IT management experience.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud services (e.g., Azure), and cybersecurity.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, O365, and data analytics platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce).
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills, especially with Brazilian and Japanese teams.
  • Exceptional leadership, change management, and project management abilities.

 

Workplace Details:
