The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives across the company’s portfolio of Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Hyatt branded hotels from the corporate office. This role partners closely with brand representatives, internal stakeholders, and hotel leadership teams to ensure effective marketing strategies are executed in alignment with brand standards. Key areas of focus include digital marketing, content creation, analytics and reporting, brand partnership management, and the development of marketing collateral for new build and renovated hotels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Partnerships & Strategy
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison with Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Hyatt brand teams, ensuring alignment with corporate initiatives and compliance with brand standards.
- Leverage brand-provided tools, platforms, and co-op marketing opportunities to maximize exposure and ROI.
- Partner with revenue and sales leadership to develop strategies that support market share growth across the portfolio.
Content Creation & Collateral Development
- Manage creation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital and print banners, presentations, property collateral, and creative assets for openings, conversions, and renovations.
- Coordinate professional photography, videography, and visual content for properties.
- Maintain a library of marketing assets and brand-compliant templates for internal use.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Oversee digital strategies across hotel portfolio, including website content, search optimization, paid campaigns, and social presence.
- Collaborate with brand digital marketing teams to optimize brand.com performance and online visibility.
- Ensure timely updates of property information across all digital platforms, OTAs, and third-party sites.
Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards to measure campaign performance, website traffic, and social media engagement.
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to executive leadership and property teams.
- Report on ROI of campaigns and initiatives, with recommendations for future enhancements.
Corporate Support & Collaboration
- Provide marketing support and training for property-level sales and operations teams as needed.
- Partner with development and operations teams on marketing strategies for new hotel openings, repositioning’s, and renovations.
- Manage relationships with third-party agencies, designers, and vendors as required.
