- Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
- Carpentry: Performs basic rough and finished carpentry work in construction and repair of structures such as partitions, walls, doors, fences, window frames, office furniture, roofs and shelves.
- Glazier: Removes broken glass, putty or plastic; replaces windows and door hardware; replaces or arranges for replacement of glass for windows, doors and light fixtures.
- Electrical: Performs basic electrical installation and repair work in wiring for switches, outlets, plugs, cable tv, power circuits and appliances; repairs lighting systems; inspects electrical systems for unsafe conditions.
- Plumbing: Identifies and performs basic repairs of plumbing leaks or breaks; opens clogged lines and drains; replaces washers and other minor parts; maintains and monitors septic system; General Maintenance: Maintains equipment; repairs/replaces hot water heaters.
- Occasional smaller concrete repairs or projects may be needed
- Pools as needed: Maintain, repair and identify issues with pools on property. Ensure pools are at satisfactory levels for guests use.
- Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.
- Regular and reliable attendance within a schedule that requires some weekends and evening shifts on an alternating basis

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not require any supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
Work is performed in multiple outlets and facilities. Â
Physical Demands:
Primarily stationery such as sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time. Must have the ability to stand, walk, talk/hear, both in person and by telephone, occasionally required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50-pound boxes and items sometimes repeatedly.
