Job Title: Inbound Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities
Compensation: Hourly rate - based on experience + $72,000 on-target commission (OTC)
- Follow up on leads to further sales and develop relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
- Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) with all Diesel Laptop’s products and services.
- Collect, load, and maintain records of sales and customer info using CRM software.
- Schedule and complete daily tasks, maintaining communication with clients/prospects.
- Understand and execute all company and departmental standard operating procedures.
- Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
- Self-assess and self-improve sales skills to increase personal success (KAIZEN)
