We are seeking a Director of Marketing to elevate our marketing function from tactical execution to strategic leadership. This is not a “keep the lights on” role. This leader will be responsible for shaping our brand, building scalable demand generation engines, and aligning marketing across all divisions (diagnostics hardware, SaaS subscriptions, training, technical support, and enterprise solutions).
The Director of Marketing will:
· Craft and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy that drives awareness, demand, and revenue growth across SMB and enterprise markets.
· Build a strong brand narrative that positions us as the industry authority and highlights our unique value.
· Oversee digital marketing, product marketing, events, content, and communications to ensure alignment and measurable ROI.
· Partner closely with sales and product teams to accelerate enterprise growth and SaaS adoption.
· Use data and KPIs to optimize campaigns, measure impact, and scale what works.
· Develop and mentor the marketing team (currently 4 FTEs), adding new capabilities and talent as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
· Own the company’s brand strategy and messaging across all channels.
· Lead demand generation campaigns to support both enterprise sales cycles and SMB conversions.
· Oversee marketing automation, CRM alignment, and analytics to improve funnel visibility.
· Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners to expand reach.
· Drive PR, media, and thought leadership to grow industry presence.
· Create integrated go-to-market plans for product launches and new service lines.
· Align marketing goals with company growth pillars: predictive monitoring, SaaS subscriptions, enterprise expansion, and geographic growth.
