Job Qualifications:
- Knowledge of principles and methods to show, promote, and sell products or services.
- Strong background with computers through previous work experience or education.
- High-level active listening and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent critical thinking and customer service skills
- Salesforce experience, preferred.
Education: 4-year degree preferred; experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
Experience: 2-years of sales experience, preferred; phone sales experience in a call center environment a plus.
Language: English required, bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
Physical Requirements: Sitting and typing for long periods of time.
