Education and/or Experience:
Associates Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered. A high school or general equivalency diploma (GED) is required; plus one year or more of related marketing and sales culture business environment; or any equivalent combination of formal training and/or experience which provides the minimum knowledge, skills and abilities, thereof.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write media/communication and routine correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before members, the community, or employees of the credit union.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid Driver’s License.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Ability to operate standard office equipment and tools such as postage machine, fax machine, telephones, photocopier, typewriter, and utilize appropriate versions of current computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM, and MCIF).
Familiarity with any federal, state, and/or local law and regulations related to lending (e.g., Regulation B, Regulation Z, Real Estate Settlement Procedure Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Equal Housing Lending, Fair Credit Reporting Act, etc).
