eServices Specialist

Coast360 is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Operations Division. This individual will support and perform high-risk electronic transactions, including ACH (incoming and origination), wire transfers (domestic and international), check imaging, share draft clearing, fraud monitoring, and card services. Under the direction of the Support Services Manager, the eServices Specialist will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across our digital transaction channels.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) is required; plus three or more years related experience in electronic services (ACH, wire processing, card services, fraud monitoring, etc.) in a full service financial institution; or any equivalent combination of formal training and/or experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities thereof.
