Support Services Specialist Job Posting

Coast360 is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused professional to join our Operations Division as a Support Services Specialist. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of member account records by tracking and resolving discrepancies, supporting error resolution and dispute investigations, coordinating IRA transactions, and processing annual escheats of share accounts. Under the direction of the Support Services Supervisor or Manager, the Support Services Specialist will also assist in audits, reporting, and staff training.

The ideal candidate is a team player with strong organizational and inv estigative skills, and the ability to coach and support other team members. This role also includes responsibilities such as reviewing negative share accounts for charge-off recommendations, handling escalated disputes in accordance with Reg E, and ensuring compliance with account-related procedures and regulations.

 

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

A high school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) is required; plus three or more years related experience in member/customer service in a full service financial institution or any equivalent combination of formal training and/or experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities thereof.
