- Lead the deployment of external vendors or engineering partners, ensuring fast, cost-effective delivery.
- Manage projects from concept to ROI validation, maintaining accountability for financial and time-based outcomes.
- Build lightweight dashboards and reports to quantify impact and adoption across teams.
3. Cross-Team & International Collaboration
- Collaborate on-site with teams (8–10 days/month) to identify pain points, co-develop solutions, and drive AI adoption.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with international and distributed teams across time zones.
- Deliver workshops and demos to build trust and fluency with AI and automation tools.
4. ROI Measurement & Reporting
- Establish KPIs for all AI initiatives, quantifying both time savings and $$ ROI.
- Maintain dashboards showing company-wide AI adoption and performance.
- Report directly to the CEO on impact, insights, and next-phase opportunities.
- Prioritize projects based on demonstrable business value.
