Position Overview
You will own the customer experience for our Virtual Staining Hub (VSH) Demo program, from onboarding through ongoing support, working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Medical Lab, and Sales to ensure rapid time-to-value and measurable adoption. This is a hybrid position, requiring two days in our Santa Monica office per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new VSH users through account setup, data collection best practices, data policies, and first-run success (image upload to results review)). Coordinate with Product and Marketing with updates including concise how-tos, videos, and FAQs.
- Coordinate on defining and tracking utilization and engagement goals & deliver weekly progress to stakeholders.
- Proactively and reactively gather, organize, and share customer feedback with Commercial and Product teams.
- Own ticket intake and response SLAs; coordinate with cross functional teams for escalations & maintain an updated knowledge base.
- Monitor activation, weekly active users, image uploads, stain generation, and export behavior.
