Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 or more years of demonstrated events management experience
- 2 or more years of demonstrated fundraising and stewardship success in a non-profit or independent school setting
- Demonstrated ability to strategize, implement, and build constituency programs and activities, along with a talent for motivating volunteers
- Strong writing, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a team environment to achieve institutional goals
- High professional and ethical standards for handling confidential information
- Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously with close attention to detail and prioritization to meet deadlines
- Experience with a) Raiser's Edge NXT or a similar constituent database and b) AlumniFire or similar online alumni engagement tool
- Ability to occasionally travel and work evenings and weekends as needed
