PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or communications preferred.
- 4 to 5 years of coordinating/managing quotations, contract negotiations, customer service, or similar activities in a fast-paced environment
- Well-organized and able to perform multiple tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
- International business experience preferred.
- Experience with a technology company preferred.
- Ability to liaise with executive management.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in MS Excel and Word programs.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft products including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excel knowledge and experience must include ODBC interfaces, Pivot Tables, advanced database functions, and advanced text manipulation functions.
- Self-starter; aggressive with high energy level.
- Ability to collaborate across functions to gain consensus on pricing, contract terms, customer service strategy and implementation.
- Ability to integrate company strategies and objectives.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to see big picture while effectively managing details.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, fun, and demanding environment.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership over increasingly larger projects.
