Description

YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:   

  • Create your own weekend schedule with the parameters below. : 
    • Hours worked must be 10am-10pm
    • Time worked must be in at least 4-hour blocks and totaling at least 20 hours per week 
  • Pay: $18-$21/hour, dependent on experience 
  • Hiring Bonus for start dates in June- $250 to be paid out after successful completion of introductory period. $250 to be paid out after six months of employment. Must be in good standing. 

  

SOME IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS:       

  • At least six months experience in the human services field  
  • Certificate or degree in human services or related field, preferred 
  • Ability to pass DHS background check  

 
MORE ON THE ROLE:    

Join our team as we launch a new service, Integrated Community Supports, within our residential division!  You will be serving clients with a variety of mental health needs. You will provide services such as: 

  • Medication assistance 

  • Goal setting 

  • Assistance with problem solving 

  • Assistance with building independence in homemaking skills 

  • Assistance with provider coordination  

  • Transporting clients when necessary 

This role does not include completion of personal cares.
