Job Summary
Responsible for providing exceptional hosting services, as well as preparing the guests' tables to maximize guest satisfaction and a quality of work environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Greets and seats all guests according to established procedures.
- Clears, cleans, and prepares tables for guests.
- Maintains supportive technology (telephone, headsets, electronic devices) by charging as needed, strong correctly and reports problems and low inventory as occurs.
- Acknowledges guests entering and leaving restaurants and establishes a positive first and last impression.
- Conveys strong communication skills both in person and on the phone.
- Portrays and exemplary image.
- Knows and understands guest check procedures.
- Keeps the host area, wait area, and restrooms clean, organized, and supplied and help clean dining area.
- Exhibits a positive attitude.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
