Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Minimum of two years retail banking experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft office and automated underwriting systems
Excellent decision-making and communication skills
Must have valid drivers license and access to a vehicle. Must be willing to travel to another branch if necessary.
Preferred Experience
At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience
Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field
Strong communication skills including written and verbal
Ability to prepare documents and compose business letters, and policies and procedures
