Perham Health is excited to offer the OnTrack Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program to current and prospective employees! As a CNA, you'll help residents gain independence, confidence, and joy in their daily lives while building relationships with both your team and our residents.

About the OnTrack CNA Program

The OnTrack CNA program is an online, on-demand Nursing Assistant training program. Unlike traditional classroom programs, OnTrack delivers the curriculum through interactive online modules, allowing students to learn at their own pace. Students complete 35 hours of online education, followed by 24 hours of hands-on training in a skills lab and 16 hours of clinical experience. All skills and clinical labs are held at Perham Living.
