The Nurse Supervisor ensures high-quality nursing services by providing day-to-day supervision of nursing staff in accordance with federal and state regulations as well as Salemtowne’s Mission Statement and organizational policies and procedures under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Requirements for a Nurse Supervisor with Salemtowne: 

• Active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in North Carolina.  

• Three (3) years’ prior nursing supervision required.  

• Prior experience in senior living healthcare.
