Job Description: As a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care while exploring the beautiful landscapes and communities in the Midwest. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
  2. Performing routine nursing procedures, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
  3. Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  4. Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care measures.
  5. Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  6. Adhering to facility policies, procedures, and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety and well-being

Qualifications:

  • Current LPN license in the state of North Dakota
  • Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in North Dakota orMinnesota.
  • Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • BLS certification (Basic Life Support) from the American Heart Association.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Willingness to travel and work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
