We’re currently seeking a New York State licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary Article 16 Clinic team in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn.

What You’ll Do: 

As a valued clinician, you will: 

  • Conduct evaluations and deliver individualized therapy to address speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders 

  • Prepare creative, culturally responsive activities that support therapeutic goals 

  • Develop measurable, person-centered treatment goals and document progress 

  • Collaborate with families, care teams, and administrative staff for holistic care planning 

  • Maintain accurate records through our electronic health system 

  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to quality assurance 

Qualifications

Who You Are: 

You are a licensed SLP with compassion, clinical expertise, and a drive to empower others.  

 

You bring: 

  • Current New York State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology 

  • Experience or strong interest in working with individuals with developmental disabilities 

  • Excellent documentation and communication skills 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team 

  • A warm, person-centered approach to care

Work Environment:

  • Caseloads are diverse and manageable — with session length tailored to patient needs 

  • Some navigation of stairs may be required at certain locations
