Qualifications:

- Minimum BA/BS Degree in Nursing or related field
- Licensed RN
- Minimum of 5 Years with MR/DD Population
- Supervisory Experience is Required
- Specialized Quality Writing Skills Crucial

Supervisory Responsibilities
· Provide direct clinical supervision to all Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) across all agency programs.
· Support nursing staff through coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development plans.
