🏠 About the Role
As a CILA Supervisor, you’ll manage three residential CILA homes, guiding and mentoring a team of Direct Support Professionals. You’ll ensure that the homes are safe, clean, welcoming, and aligned with the personal needs and goals of the individuals we support.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Promote and uphold CTF Illinois’ mission, vision, and values
- Provide hands-on leadership in each home and maintain an active presence
- Support individuals in community activities and life enrichment
- Oversee household budgets, supplies, and maintenance
- Manage and supervise DSPs: hire, train, evaluate, coach, and mentor
- Ensure compliance with safety, documentation, and state regulations
- Participate in on-call rotation and carry a cell phone
- Accurately manage individual and program finances
📌 Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with audits, surveys, and quality assurance visits
- Help open new residential sites as needed
- Plan and participate in events, vacations, and staff appreciation activities
- Represent CTF Illinois in meetings with outside agencies and stakeholders
💼 What We Offer
- Competitive salary – $ 51,000- 54,000 annually, depending on experience and education
