Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the electronic troubleshooting and repair industry with 1 additional year in a specialization.Â
- PMEL or technical degree in electronics, with equivalent knowledge and certification
- Knowledge of instrumentation/diagnostic programming and the ability to modify or create automated test programs would be a plus
- Posses mentoring skills as well as the ability to perform as a technical liaison
- Must be proficient in PC operation and use as it pertains to instrument controllers and automated calibration procedures
- Must be proficient in the products of the work group and an expert in metrology principles and repair techniques
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work multiple tasks assigned
- Must have the ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Efficient use of equipment standards
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to move around and through all work areas as needed, may include climbing stairs or ladders
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.Â
- Must be able to regularly sit at the assigned workstation and use keyboards or equivalent type of equipment, access the computer, and use hands to manipulate documents and general paperwork in order to view contents and read documents, reports, files, etc.
