The Sr. Project Manager, Sample Solutions role is a key opportunity for a driven, process-focused professional eager to thrive in a dynamic and integrated team environment. With strong command of project management best practices, the Senior Project Manager will ensure the seamless execution of custom online market research projects from initiation through completion. Acting as the client’s trusted partner, the Senior Project Manager will proactively manage expectations and deliver outstanding service throughout the project lifecycle. This role is essential to driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Detailed Job Duties: (typical monthly, weekly, daily tasks which support the primary objectives)

  1. End-to-End Project Management

    • Responsible for managing market research projects of mid-high complexity.
    • Execute projects through all phases: 
      • Leading Kick-Off Calls with Clients
      • Developing sample & quota designs
      • Survey/Screener Testing
      • Sampling/fieldwork delivery
      • Quality Assurance
      • Fieldwork launch and data checks
      • Fieldwork monitoring
      • Fieldwork close
      • Reconciliations/Respondent honorarium
      • Invoicing
      • Project debriefs
    • Handle complex project types (e.g., IHUTs, geofencing, receipt capture) with deep understanding of panel behavior.
  2. Client Service & Relationship Management
    • Build strong, professional, collaborative relationships with clients.
    • Provide regular updates, address concerns, and offer guidance throughout the project.
    • Support both new and existing account relationships to encourage retention and repeat business.
  3. Quality and Timeliness of Delivery
    • Maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables.
    • Ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.
    • Exemplify flexibility and calm under pressure; manage conflicting priorities and scope changes effectively.
  4. Revenue & Financial Management

    • Provide consistent, accurate revenue forecasting.
    • Ensure timely invoicing for all assigned projects.
      Track and report project metrics: value, field times, incidence, completion rates.
  5. Risk Management & Issue Resolution
    • Proactively identify and address project risks and scope changes.
    • Escalate concerns as needed and communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.
  6. Vendor & Partner Coordination
    • Coordinate and manage third-party vendors and outsourcing partners to meet client needs.
  7. Product & Process Knowledge
    • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s product portfolio.
    • Use knowledge to support service delivery and problem-solving.
  8. Team Mentorship & Training
    • Act as a mentor to junior Project Managers.
    • Perform delegated training tasks and embody the "Prodege Way."

Qualifications

The MUST Haves: (ex: job cannot be done without these skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses) 

  • Five or more (5+) years of relevant project management experience, ideally within the market research field
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Understanding of market research and primary research methodologies
  • Experience in customer service or client service-type roles is strongly preferred
  • The candidate must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • The candidate must be self-motivated with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • The candidate must have the ability to manage multiple qualitative & quantitative projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment where moving deadlines and other changes often occur in real time.
  • The candidate must have well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and concepts and can be a quick learner of new technologies/software
  • The candidate must have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study-specific and departmental objectives
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite products

  • MBA in Marketing or related fields
