- Collaborate with vendors for facility management and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Identify and procure necessary office supplies and amenities.
- Plan and execute office events and activities to encourage employee engagement.
- Assist with benefits administration and handle HR administrative tasks like PTO and sick leave reporting.
- Act as a welcoming receptionist to ensure a positive visitor experience.
