***Seeking a highly qualified Management Level candidate. this role can operate remotely from anywhere in the continental US with a preference in the California. ***

 

 

Primary Objectives: 

 

 

  • Roadmap Ownership & Execution: Define, prioritize, and deliver the product roadmap for yield optimization initiatives.
  • Revenue & P&L Impact: Drive measurable revenue uplift by aligning product features and strategy with financial outcomes.
  • Auction & Mediation Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of mediation, in-app bidding, and auction dynamics to optimize platform performance.
  • Stakeholder Influence & Collaboration: Partner with executives, engineering, data science, sales, and account management teams to align product strategy with business goals.
  • Vision & Delivery Balance: Set a long-term product vision while ensuring delivery of near-term milestones.
  • Market & Competitive Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves to maintain product differentiation.

Detailed Job Duties:

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for the Yield Engine, aligning closely with business, data science, and engineering teams.
  • Drive innovation in mediation, in-app bidding, dynamic auctions, and pricing models to maximize yield and advertiser ROI.
  • Define and prioritize product initiatives that directly tie to revenue outcomes and margin expansion.
  • Partner with ML and BI teams to build data-driven optimization models and define clear success metrics.
  • Deliver incremental value through MVPs and agile releases, while balancing long-term vision with short-term wins.
  • Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to ensure product capabilities align with market demand and partner needs.
  • Act as the voice of yield optimization across the organization, educating stakeholders and influencing executive decisions.


 

Additional Management Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: setting and managing goals, on-going coaching, corrective action, annual reviews, rewards/recognition, and team/individual development
  • Employee Life Cycle Management: headcount forecasting, job descriptions, recruiting/hiring, termination 
  • Governance: ensuring compliance to company policy/practice (e.g. attendance, behavior, workplace attire), ensuring compliance to employment law (e.g. time keeping, anti-harassment and diversity)
  • Leadership: ensures availability to staff, team building, building rapport with individuals, encouraging strong collaborative relationships between individuals and departments, facilitating a healthy work/life mix, solicits and applies feedback (internal and external to team), self-improvement as a leader/manager of people
  • Culture Ambassador: proactively demonstrate and cultivate a culture of cooperative collaboration, strong work ethic, solutions-orientation, quality focus, results-orientation, relaxed/enjoyable atmosphere, team- and individual- celebration, and company/product pride


 

What does SUCCESS look like?

Success in this role is defined by the ability to deliver innovative yield optimization solutions that directly drive revenue growth and profitability. A successful Director will consistently align product initiatives with business outcomes, balance strategic vision with tactical execution, and influence cross-functional teams to deliver at scale. They will establish Prodege as a leader in auction-based monetization, achieving measurable improvements in efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction.

 

The MUST Haves: 

  • Ten or more (10+) years of product management experience, with at least five or more (5+) years in senior leadership roles.
  • Senior product leadership role at an ad tech platform, mediation provider, or mobile gaming UA network. 
  • Proven track record of leading ad tech or performance marketing product teams from concept through scaled production.
  • Deep expertise in auction dynamics, mediation layers, header bidding, and in-app bidding in mobile or web environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with ability to tie product decisions directly to P&L impact.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management; comfortable working across executives, engineers, data scientists, and commercial leads.
  • Hands-on experience with MVP-driven, metrics-based product management in an agile environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to leverage data and experimentation to drive product decisions.



 

The Nice to Haves: 

  • Experience at an ad tech platform, mobile gaming UA network, or mediation provider.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with machine learning applications in yield optimization is a plus.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising, DSPs, and publisher monetization strategies.

 

Pay Transparency:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $220,000 to $290,00. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

Prodege offers a comprehensive benefits package to US Full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD and basic life insurance. Employees receive flexible PTO, as well as paid sick leave prorated based on hire date. US Employees have eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
