Dishwasher Responsibilities
+ Using machine operated dishwasher to wash all dishware, utensils, cooking equipment, and other tools used by team members
+ Deploy three compartment sink if dishwashing equipment malfunctions
+ Maintain appropriate chemical levels to operate equipment
+ Move with a sense of urgency, follow team instruction to prioritize dishes to execute prep/service, and restock clean dishware in the kitchen
+ Follow Health Department regulations. Practice applicable health, safety, and sanitation procedures, including properly storing, labeling,dating, and rotating all products
+ Keep a clean and organized work station
