Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in acquisition management support or a related field.
- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
- Knowledge of the DoD 5000 series, Adaptive Acquisition Framework, and related acquisition policy requirements.
- Experience preparing, maintaining, and tracking acquisition and program documentation in compliance with DoD standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to prepare professional documentation for senior-level audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting NAVWAR, SPAWAR, or other Department of the Navy program offices.
- DAWIA or FAC-C Level II certification or equivalent experience in federal acquisition management.
- Experience using acquisition systems such as N-ERP, Power BI, or similar DoD tools.
- Familiarity with cost estimation, budget analysis, and risk management techniques in acquisition environments.
Compensation and Benefits
• Base salary range: $98,000 to $115,000 annually, depending on experience, education, certifications, and work location within California.
• Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, and paid sick leave consistent with California law.
