Processor – Individual Life & Health | TRICOR Insurance

TRICOR Insurance is hiring a Processor to support our Individual Life & Health team! If you're detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. This position can work from any of our TRICOR locations.
What You’ll Do:
-
Support agents with processing new and renewal business

Handle data entry for applications, endorsements, cancellations, and more

Update client files and process policy changes
-
Work with carriers and scan/sort mail
-
Provide excellent customer support and administrative assistance
What You Bring:
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
-
1+ year in customer service or related field preferred
-
Insurance industry knowledge and/or license a plus (must obtain license within 90 days)
-
Comfortable with Microsoft Office; Epic experience a plus
