TRICOR Insurance is growing—and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and tech-savvy IT Support Technician to join our team in one of the following locations: Madison, Lancaster or Beloit. This is an exciting opportunity to support a fast-paced, employee-first environment by providing expert-level technical support across multiple office locations.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and application issues via phone, email, remote access, or in person.
- Communicating technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Collaborating with employees across all departments to ensure seamless use of business applications and operating systems.
- Maintaining a high-level understanding of industry technologies to assist in problem-solving and system support.
- Managing multiple support requests with efficiency and professionalism.
- Supporting staff through ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training in TRICOR’s software and IT tools.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, OR 2+ years of relevant technical support experience.
- Familiarity with the IT landscape in a professional services or insurance setting is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; experience with Applied Systems EPIC is a bonus.
- Ability to travel to various TRICOR locations for on-site support as needed.
