We’re seeking a 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 (𝐀𝐌) to join our growing Michigan team—someone who values relationships, teamwork, and continuous learning. This position can be based out of either our 𝐈𝐬𝐡𝐩𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 or 𝐒𝐭. 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐡 office.

You don’t need prior insurance experience—we can teach insurance. We’re looking for professionals with backgrounds in customer service, banking, finance, HR, or other business-to-business environments where communication and relationship-building are key. If you thrive in a people-first culture, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in providing excellent service, we’ll provide the tools, training, and mentorship to help you succeed.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients and carrier partners
• Manage renewals, coverage updates, and client onboarding
• Partner with producers and internal teams to deliver timely, accurate service
• Develop a strong understanding of insurance solutions and client needs
• Balance detail, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
This role requires obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance License within the first 90 days of employment—TRICOR provides full training and support to achieve this.
