Service Advisor DescriptionÂ
The Service Advisor role is one of both customer service and automotive knowledge. Our Advisors greet our customers professionally and interpret their automotive needs while keeping an eye on the manufacturer recommended services to keep their automobile running at top performance and is able to clearly communicate the value of those to a wide variety of customers.
Qualifications
The ideal Advisor candidate is a personable individual with excellent communication skills, excellent people-interaction skills, good computer ability and is organized and able to multitask. They will be able to present information effectively on the phone, via email, via text or in person to customers. The have knowledge of automotive operation and are able to translate that to the customer when repairs are needed and answer technical questions about the customers concerns. Â
