OBJECTIVE | Increase financial excellence among collegiate chapters by supporting efforts to resolve issues and provide coaching to chapter officers and volunteers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee finance team inbox, responding to emails and forwarding as necessary.
- Monitor and track collegiate chapter budget submissions.
- Review all collegiate chapter budgets for accuracy. Collaborate with the Collegiate Chapter Finance Manager on any issues.
- Assist chapters and volunteers with any questions with the accounting system or collegiate chapter budgets.
- Oversee accounting system registration process for any new members.
- Audit chapter’s accounting system accounts as needed.
- Act as primary point of contact for chapter finance support
- Lead admin support for Omega Fi
- Conduct training on Vault access and ability to operate
