What You'll Do:

As Finance Manager, you’ll lead with integrity, accuracy, and energy in these key areas:

  • F&I Sales Excellence: Present and sell finance and insurance products tailored to customer needs.

  • Regulatory Mastery: Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including title and registration processes.

  • Deal Structuring & Funding: Desk deals, submit to lenders, secure approvals, and close contracts efficiently.

  • Documentation Accuracy: Prepare and review all deal documents for accuracy and completeness.

  • Lender Relationships: Cultivate and manage relationships with multiple finance sources, including manufacturers.

  • Audit & Compliance: Conduct post-sale deal audits to maintain compliance standards.

  • Upsell Opportunities: Promote service contracts and aftermarket products to enhance value for customers and profitability for the dealership.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and management to achieve department goals and ensure a premium customer experience.

Qualifications

What we need from you:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in automotive finance management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a confident, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work with sales teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in math and computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
