Under the supervision of the Senior Marketing Manager, provides administrative and operational support for the Marketing Department. The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in maintaining organization within the department, supporting communication between internal teams and external partners, and assisting with event execution as needed. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in marketing, communications, or business preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of administrative, marketing, or promotions preferred, casino or hospitality experience a plus.
• Minimum 21 years of age, valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with design or social media platforms a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California.
