Job Summary:
Responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment to Vapor Lounge locations. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate order processing while maintaining product quality standards ensuring store transfer deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPS) for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including packing stations and aisles.
- May assist with loading shipments into delivery vehicles.
- Work collaboratively with team members and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Able to work independently and work well with other team members.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Be accountable for contributing to team-based goals and performance metrics.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Operations:
- Accurately pull products for store transfers orders using pick lists or handheld scanners.
- Restock inline shelves from overflow product bins during or after picking to ensure product availability and flow.
- Maintain shelf cleanliness and ensure proper product rotation (FIFO – First In, First Out).
- Ensure all outgoing orders are complete, correctly labeled, and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Stage and organize packed orders in the designated outbound area for delivery and shipments.
- Perform quality checks on items prior to packing, verifying product condition, expiration dates, and accuracy.
- Replenish pick locations as needed to keep fulfillment areas fully stocked and operational.
- Assisting in routine cycle counts and contributes to inventory accuracy.
- May assist with loading shipments into delivery vehicles.
