Requirements & Experience for Youth Development Staff

Be over the age of 18

Experience working with children ages 5-12, in a daycare, after-school program, or camp preferred.Â

48 college units or passing proficiency exam prior to hire for (non-licensed/ASES programs).

First Aid and Pediatric (EMSA) CPR certifications required within 90 days of hire (Paid for by YMCA)
