Description

Summary

  • Provides high-level project and direct support, design, reporting, and development of all aspects of Digital Marketing including  web sites, e-marketing, targeted online marketing, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designs and deploys marketing campaigns creative across digital marketing channels, including web, mobile app, digital signage, email, third-party apps and ATMs/ITMs. Designs, develops and launches digital campaigns for new digital products and services as needed. Identifies opportunities to best target audiences in support of overarching integrated marketing strategy and Credit Union initiatives. Ensures consistent branding across all channels. Provides monthly schedule to Marketing Analyst for targeted lists.
  • Manages and coordinates FMFCU’s e-Marketing program as assigned using Documatix Product Suite and Documatix on Demand. Develops content, images, videos and themes. Adds appropriate tracking links, conducts A/B testing and ensures disaster recovery system is always active. Maintains company e-marketing calendar to ensure timely creation and distribution of communications. Ensures onboarding and retention matrix are implemented as developed and scheduled. Provides monthly schedule to marketing analyst for email lists. Reviews and reports results, including ROIs, as required.
  • Develops and maintains FMFCU’s corporate web site daily. Provides creative, design, and content as required. Works with internal and external parties to ensure proper responsiveness to all platforms, and provides accurate and relevant content. Works with Director of Marketing on technical logistics, applications and other relevant content when required. Supports other web sites including Mint Wealth Advisors, CUNFL, FMFCU Foundation, and State Financial Network.
  • Provides ongoing reporting of performance, trends, general statistics and campaign results for company web sites using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other associated tools. Continuously defines what is measured along the conversion funnel, from KPIs to conversion.
  • Continuously evolves SEO and content development program. Owns the strategies that produce organic search traffic growth. Deliver plans and report results.
  • Develops, scripts and produces videos and interactive media for online applications such as YouTube, web site search service, social media, corporate events, and videos screens.
  • Creates, develops, and maintains FMFCU digital signage storyboarding using animation, static images, video, and audio. Develops custom storyboards for all locations. Travels to branches for PC and video display installation or maintenance if required.
  • Remains current with digital marketing trends and emerging technology through industry news and training. Presents suggestions to Digital Marketing Director.
  • Is responsible for adhering to operational controls, including compliance with all required regulations and policies such as the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) to ensure the safety and soundness of the Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union and its members.
Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Interactive Digital Media or related field
  • 5-7+ years of related experience or equivalent experience

Also required:

  • Must maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud design applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate), digital media applications and Microsoft Office. Exceptional creative design required.
  • Proficient with CMS, WordPress or Adobe Dreamweaver, Google applications. Familiar with HTML and CSS.
  • Good understanding of web site design, SEO, popular social networking sites.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and technology, some experience working with external vendors, and historical success of online marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with video/PC hardware to help diagnose issues and plan for installations.
