Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field OR two (2) additional year of experience as noted below in lieu of education; andÂ
- 2 years of experience in direct service provision to refugees, asylees or other vulnerable populations, for example, Reception and Placement, Matching Grant, Refugee Cash Assistance or related post-arrival services.
- Grant requirements may include fluency in one of the languages spoken by clients, including but not limited to: Spanish, Dari, Swahili, Pashto, Burmese or Arabic;
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable, insured transportation; and
- Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn and adapt to multiple databases.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field,
- 5 years of experience in direct service provision to refugees, asylees or other vulnerable populations, for example, Reception and Placement, Matching Grant, Refugee Cash Assistance or related post-arrival services; and
- 1 year working with trauma-informed practices and case management.
