Minimum Qualifications
Â
- High School degree or equivalent;
- 2+ years of experience working with refugee populations and community services;
- Able to pass all required background checks necessary to perform functions; andÂ
- Possess a valid drivers license with a good driving record and insurance;
Â
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work; or a related field;
- Bilingual with full fluency in English and Pashto, Dari, Arabic, Swahili, or Burmese;
- Basic understanding and knowledge of Excel and Word and ability to learn to utilize an internal case management database;
- Knowledgeable in trauma-informed practices and strengths based case management; and
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and adapt multiple databases.,
- Automobile travel is required. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and insurance is required.

- Able to work productively and independently in a fast-paced environment and to problem solve and think and act nimbly.
