The primary function of this position is to meet every Million Air Dallas Customer's expectations regarding personal service and satisfaction. This position will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

Essential Functions

1.    Adhere to General Work Requirements
2.    Meet & Greet internal/external Customers with a warm, genuine attitude as the first point of contact
3.    Maintain a professional, and positive attitude with the  ability to multi-task
4.    Provide full service concierge services, including but not limited to, hotel, transportation& catering arrangements for clients (Crew & Passenger)
5.    Complete opening, closing and other shift duties as assigned by Customer Service Manager
6.    Ability to differentiate aircraft makes, models, types, engine types and fuel types as well as understand military time and phonetic alphabet
7.    Accurately Invoice all aircraft fueling and handling services
8.    Professionally and efficiently operate multi-line telephone system and appropriately route calls.
9.    Effectively communicate customer requests with Line Service
10.    Balance petty cash accounts.
11.    Professionally correspond with clients and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
12.    Maintain a comfortable, presentable, clean, and professional lobby area.
13.    Actively participate in shift pass-downs.
14.    Successfully perform service recovery when service issues occur.
15.    Successful achievement of departmental and/or individual KPIs as assigned.
16.    Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

 

Additional Desired Qualifications    

  • Prior luxury customer service experience

 

Physical Requirements    

  • Majority of work is completed in a normal business / customer work environment
  • This position works outside in all types of weather conditions.
  • Physical demands may include walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping
  •  May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling up to 25lbs
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
