KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, LICENSURE REQUIRED:
- Applicant must be at least 25 years of age.
- Valid current driver’s license and a minimum of 5 years personal driving experience.
- Criminal record history and child abuse clearance required.
- Pre-employment drug screening.
- Geographic knowledge of the City of Pittsburgh and northern Allegheny County.
- Motor Vehicle report history.
PHYSICAL JOB DEMANDS:

- Ability to physically move, lift, or shift 150 pounds.
- Ability to climb and descend stairs, walk, stand, reach objects overhead.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
- Specific vision abilities include close, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to enter and exit large vehicles (van) multiple times an hour throughout the day.
- Ability to escort and assist consumers as needed.
- Ability to physically push, pull, move and secure an occupied wheel chair or other mobility device as needed.
- Ability to operate the wheel chair lift.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Normal working hours range between 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight, seven days a week.
- Non-Exempt position.
