ENTRY LEVEL QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience: Master’s Degree in Social Work or similar field required. Five years experience with 2 years supervisory in client services and program administration. Experience with immigrants and immigration issues prioritized.
In lieu of a Masters degree a candidate must have a bachelors degree in human services in addition to 7 years of experience in social services with 3 years supervisory in client services and program administration.
- Communication: Professional and impeccable verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English required, multi-lingual and Spanish proficiency prioritized.

Computer skills: Professional and expert competency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet. Experience with CARES, HOME, CAPS, and AWARDS prioritized.

Other Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience working with homeless individuals and people living with health and/or mental health issues and substance use. Ability to engage residents.

Extensive experience managing and developing complex programs, and performance management and improvement.

Strong negotiation and collaboration skills with government entities, funders, community leaders, and businesses. Ability to build and sustain partnerships with external service providers and community-based organizations.
