High School Engagement Coordinator (Boys)

Department:  High School Ministry

Reports to:  Director of High School Ministry

Partners with:  HS Engagement Coordinator (Girls)

Direct Reports:  None

Position Type:  Full-time Exempt, Ministerial Exception

Purpose: Supports the vision and mission of Perimeter Church by driving student engagement in our High School Ministry.

Responsibilities:

• Walking with Jesus in their public and private life
• Direct Wednesday night Wash program
• Lead all off-site student engagement (schools, sports, performances, meals)
• Design and deliver all social and visual media
• Plan and execute End-of-Semester Celebrations
• Coordinate yearly Move Up initiative
• Provide support for all other Middle School Ministry programs
• Coach a Rush team, assigned by HS Director
• Other duties as assigned

• Passion for spiritual formation in adolescents
• Highly relational with strong interpersonal skills
• Compelling storyteller across visual and social media platforms
• Ongoing student of developmental, generational, and cultural contexts

Requirements:

• Highly engaged member in good standing at Perimeter Church
• Bachelor’s Degree (in a related field preferred)
• 2 years experience serving in student ministries
