Purpose: To plan and manage the execution of programming, specialties, and curriculum for Base Camp, in order to serve and accomplish the mission Perimeter Church (making mature and equipped followers of Christ for family, community and global transformation) by accomplishing the Mission of LDM (creating extraordinary environments that discover and deploy lifetime disciple makers) in the most effective and efficient means necessary.
Accountable Areas
- CAA Programming Base Camp
- Project Manager for Base Camp Programming
- Develop and enforce the programming process for the key environments of base camp
- Oversee the creation of camp activities that are Memorable, Engaging, Appropriate, Transformational and Intentional
- Equip and supervise the Summer Director Team
- CAA Specialties
- Manage the list of specialty offerings for base camp
- Recruit, equip, and develop coaches
- CAA Curriculum
- Create the scope and sequence for Bible curriculum annually
- Write or oversee the writing of all curriculum
- Manage outside resources used for Bible X
Responsible Areas
- CAA Staff Training
- Assist with planning and development of training schedule
- Equip Programmers and oversee development of Base Camp specific training sessions
- Develop and lead trainings for Bible X and Early/Late Camp
- CAA OA Programs
- Assist in selection of new OA offerings for Base Camp
- CAA Event Production
- CAA - Interview sessions, recruiting trips, Discovery Days
- CAA Assembly Production
- Oversee programming of weekly assembly for each individual camp in Base Camp
- Determine the weekly themes for the Big Game
