Department: Life on Life Equipping Resources

Reports to:  Publishing Manager

Direct Report(s) (if any)n/a

Position Type:  Part-Time

Purpose: To manage specific aspects of project workflow, organizational files, project and event planning, volunteers, and coordination between various team members.

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination

  • Assist Publishing Manager with creating and managing project request and intake forms
  • Develop project plans, gather appropriate documents, and communicate with project teams
  • Manage online workflow using Microsoft Suite or Google apps (SharePoint, Teams, Drive, etc)
  • Prepare files to be sent to various team members during project process
  • Recruit and coordinate volunteers
  • Coordinate with Digital Resource Manager for Content for content projects
  • Coordinate with Partner Digital Resources Manager for translation projects
  • Maintain translator spreadsheet and master catalogue
  • Coordinate with Bilingual Project Coordinators for adaptation projects

Administrative Assistance

  • Assist Equipping Resources Publishing Manager in creating internal team documents
  • Manage and maintain organizational systems for internal ministry team documents, contracts, and forms
  • Manage process and file tracking for executing and updating legal and financial documents
  • Act as a liaison between Publishing Manager and ICs
  • Submit invoices and receipts, maintain ministry books
  • Prepare thank you cards/gifts/meals
  • Plan and prepare Writing Workshops and Seminars
  • Assist Publishing Manager with administrative details and communication

Miscellaneous

  • Provide research on various topics as needed
  • Copy edit and proofread as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Actively engaged in discipleship 
  • Strong writing, editing, and document management skills
  • Competent with or able to quickly learn various programs and apps (within Microsoft, Google, Ministry Platform, etc)
  • Basic bookkeeping skills
  • Active member of Perimeter Church or a disciple-making Church
