KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to understand technical requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and storytelling to craft a compelling narrative
- Market awareness, including a keen understanding of the pharma and pharmacy industry and trends
- Technical proficiency related to PC and basic office software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization, always demonstrating professionalism and good judgement.
- Must be able to manage competing demands and multiple priorities, while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to work autonomously (with minimal direction) while also being part of an integrated team.
- Travel Requirements: Domestic and/or International, up to 25%
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum years of work experience: 5 years in pharma or pharmacy patient support programs and would prefer mid-level management experience
- Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelors Degree in business or Healthcare related field preferred

The hiring range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000 annually. The actual base pay offered will consider candidate’s geographic location, job related knowledge, experience, and skill amongst other potential factors. There may be a bonus or commission, and/or a long-term incentive that will be provided as part of the compensation package, along with medical, financial and/or other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
