QUALIFICATIONS
Needed qualifications:
• Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
• Basic experience in searching databases and retrieving requested data
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work on a team with diverse individuals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to detect discrepancies
Preferred qualifications:
- Prior experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Experience with social service nonprofit work, or lived experience of receiving social
- services
- Customer service or training experience
Skills:
• Deadline-oriented and adept at managing dynamic priorities
• Self-sufficient and able to work independently while discerning when to seek further
guidance
• Flexible – open to new ideas, strategies and methodologies
• Committed to collaborative teamwork and the LifeMoves mission and values
• Familiar with general issues of homelessness, and LifeMoves mission, programs and
operations
Working Conditions:
• Full-time position, hybrid working environment.
