QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, marketing, or communications, with a focus on individual giving.

Demonstrated experience with digital fundraising—search, ads, email, web, and social—to acquire supporters and secure renewed or increased giving as well as a working knowledge of direct mail fundraising

Strong project management skills and experience leading multi-channel appeal production in collaboration with vendors or agency partners.

Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a keen understanding of donor motivation and nonprofit messaging.
-
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

Comfort working with donor databases (Salesforce preferred), email marketing tools, and analytics dashboards.

Ability to interpret donor data and apply insights to inform segmentation, targeting, and retention strategies.

Customer service mindset and ability to communicate with empathy and clarity across channels.

Passion for the mission of LifeMoves and a commitment to equity, inclusion, and community-centered engagement.

Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events or deadlines.
